Nutritious— 180g of Curry with Tuna/Salmon, 200g of Jasmine Rice, totaling 380g. This is an adequate portion for a full meal that contains at least 40g of real tuna or salmon!

ShanYi can be a great addition to your emergency kit. With a shelf-life of 15 months, each pack also provides you with enough carbohydrates, protein, fat, and other important nutrients.
Ambient Storage without Any Preservative?
Fresh Ingredients
ShanYi only uses fresh ingredients to make delicious meals. We select wild-caught salmon/tuna and fresh local vegetables from Thailand, and all of those ingredients are cooked and packaged soon after they are procured.
Sterile Production Environment
After the food is cooked, it is packed into pouches in a clean room environment and sealed. The sealed pouches are inspected for proper sealing, then they are sterilize under high pressure and high temperature in the retorting process. This step sterilize the products in the pouches, so that the pouches are shelf-stable.
